We all know that it’s not the holidays without the eggnog. Even if you hate eggnog, you know it needs to be present at some point. And I think most of us are in consensus that eggnog can be hard to handle in large doses, and when we have more than enough, we’re instantly sick of it. So, having just that little bit in mind, let’s get groovy. This eggnog cocktail turns it up a notch with bold flavors of coffee, cinnamon and vanilla. And I mean, I think we can also agree, eggnog is always best when it’s...just a little bit spiked.
Add ingredients with ice into your shaker. Shake and double-strain (fine strain) into a chilled coupe glass. (Garnish with a cinnamon stick.)
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1.5 oz Vanilla Cinnamon Eggnog
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
