Just a Bite.


Come on, you know that person. Maybe it's you, or maybe it's the person next to you. And you know who it is in that moment when the waiter comes by and asks if you'd like to see a dessert menu. You look at each other, one of you orders something, and the other says, "I'm okay, I'll just have a bite of theirs." 😒 Yeah. That person. Sure, just make the other person like the fat-ass who eats the other 95%...

Desert is a sneaky little devil, isn't it? It's that one thing that you make room for even if all you've talked about for the last 15 minute is how full you've become. There's always room for just one more bite of something sensational. Ending it on that sweet note to cap off the meal is just too mouthwatering to pass up. It's the closing to an extraordinary adventure and that final scene you wait for right before they roll credits. It doesn't need to be elaborate, it just needs to be something that makes you smile and feel complete. When it comes to that piece of heavenly delight, I, myself, am a lover of deep nutty-chocolate notes with maybe some fruit accents. Enter, "Just A Bite", a dessert cocktail made for those who want something lil' and rich. This mini cocktail is a combination of honey whiskey, espresso, walnut and pear. Guilt free and absolutely satisfying for the solo biter dessert goers.


Let's concoct:

  • 0.5 American Honey Whiskey
  • 0.5 Espresso Liqueur
  • 0.25 Walnut Liqueur
  • 0.25 Pear Liqueur

*Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a port glass, double shot glass, or something equivalent
